Scheduling is always easy, and in cases of emergency, they have always been able to accommodate. They have also always given me options for care, clearly outlining services in an estimate beforehand. If I don’t understand what a test or care plan is for, they are happy to explain why it is recommended and beneficial to my pet. “Super friendly staff! I was excited to see my puppy’s name on the list outside the clinic which made me feel very welcomed from the get-go. They even took a picture of us to save! The staff and doctors were beyond friendly and very informative during the checkup. They made sure to give us goodies for my puppy and a little bandana. Signed up for the puppy package and happy to say I’ve found my vet!”
“We visited the grooming facility at Bridgeview and were very pleased with the quality of care. The staff were courteous and listened to all our concerns regarding our older dog. They worked around our schedule and helped us feel most relaxed about leaving our dog for the first time. Chelsey had a bath and toenail groom – all was wonderful.”

“My cat had an eye issue. We are new to the Carmel/Westfield area and didn’t know where to take her. I called Springmill Pet Wellness Clinic and was able to get her in that day. Everyone was so nice and seemed to really love animals. Even though she was nervous, Angel seemed to love all the attention and barely noticed the exam was going on. Top notch…great customer service, friendly staff, felt good about visit. Recommended a teeth cleaning but did not push or offer a bunch of retail products (thanks!). Called Friday and was able to get appointments for Tuesday before leaving on a trip….really a lifesaver! LOVE the plastic ID card with picture, address, and shot record to put in my wallet…what a fantastic idea! Had grooming just after seeing doctor and Maria did an AWESOME job! Chloe was a matted mess with me being unable to brush her since breaking my hand and Maria made her look beautiful! Was a first time customer but we will definitely be back!!”

“The customer service is very helpful. One of our dogs has a lot of health issues, and a nurse offered a different program which would help save us money in the end. The vets and staff clearly care not only about the animals but about your wallet. They’re patient and kind with our dogs who tend to be a bit anxious at the vet. “Recently I had to put down my 11-year-old best friend. The entire staff was both professional and caring. Everything was handled with extreme love and dignity. A beautiful white rose was even sent to my house the next day. I was very impressed by the kindness and compassion displayed by all involved.”
“This week I had to take both of my indoor cats to a vet because they somehow contracted fleas. After calling many offices, no one could see them until next week until I found the Binford Pet Wellness Clinic. They offered an appointment the next day and were so nice and easy to work with. They offered to help with my carriers and held doors open for me and even offered help me to my car afterwards. One of my cats is extremely temperamental and the vets who took care of him never pushed his boundaries and tried their best to make sure he felt safe and not stressed while there (which is the reason I left my previous vet who showed no sympathy for him). They let my other cat roam around by the computer, petted them and gave them treats to try and win over their affection. I won’t be going to another veterinary office after the exceptional experience I had there.”
“I love this place! We started at Bridgeview when they first opened and after I moved from Fishers to Brownsburg I had trouble finding a vet that met my expectations…I guess I was spoiled lol. I was thrilled when they opened a location close to me. I took one of my dogs in today and it was like being home, it’s so comforting. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable.
