Search “TeleTails” on the Apple app store or Google Play.

Enable notifications
This will ensure that you get notifications in real time.
Step 3
Use your vet’s code
Existing Pet Wellness Clinics clients should use code WEBVET. This code will connect you with the Pet Wellness Clinic veterinarians that are available for consultations.
Step 4
Create a profile
This allows you to connect with your veterinarian. Don’t forget to include a picture of yourself and your pet! You will be asked for billing information, however clients will not be billed for patients that are Pet Prime Members. Payment information will be saved for future consultations.
Step 5
Start a consultation
In your TeleTails dashboard, you will find that you are registered as an Existing Client and the Pet Wellness Clinics contact information. Select “Start Consultation” to begin a session.
