Please arrive at drop off time between 7am- 8am.

Rabies and Distemper vaccinations (as well as Bordetella and Bivalent Canine Influenza for canine patients) are required to be current, or will be updated on the day of the groom.

Vaccinations require a current exam by a veterinarian at Bridgeview Pet Wellness Clinic and an exam fee will be added to your invoice.

If your pet has been examined by a Pet Wellness Clinic veterinarian in the past 6 months, the distemper, Bordetella and bivalent canine influenza (CIV) vaccines can be give by a technician. A technician fee will be added to your invoice.

We will provide an estimate of what we have in our records that is needed for your pet for you to review when we come to your car.

Please have your pet on a lease or in a carrier before we come to the car.

All grooms include a bath, brush out, ear cleaning, basic nail trim and external anal gland expression. Below is a list of additional optional spa services.

Please know that your pet’s health and well-being is our greatest priority. Our groomers are very experience and will take the absolute best care of each and every animal in our care. Bridgeview Pet Wellness Clinic will not be held responsible for any pre-existing conditions or any injuries incurred, or any medical problems that may be uncovered during or after the grooming process. There is always the slight risk of minor nicks when clipping off matted coat. As the owner, I am responsible for the condition of my pet’s coat as presented to our groomers. We reserve the right to charge additional fees we consider over the above and norm covered by our standard rates. If during the grooming process it is discovered that your pet has any internal or external parasites, including fleas, we will treat for these conditions at the owner’s expense. Understand that it is your legal responsibility to disclose to the best of your knowledge if your pet has bitten or attempted to bite anyone in the past.
